THE FOCUS OF N12 ASPHALT’S ACTIVITIES INCLUDE
New Road Design and Construction
We excel at delivering project on time and on budget as we control most of the elements of production. We have 2 asphalt plants (and currently developing a third), a strong relationship with one of the most competent quarry groups in the country, a fleet of dump trucks and a large inventory road construction equipment.
Existing Road Rehabilitation - including Asphalt or Plasphalt surfacing
We are already leaders in the production and laying of asphalt but we continue to improve our offering and innovate. We are excited to now be able to offer clients “Plastic” road surfaces made from our new “Plasphalt” product. This is an innovative product allows us to use recycled plastic to build high quality surfaces that are twice as strong and last twice as long as conventional asphalt road surfaces at a comparable cost.
Asphalt Sales and Laying Services
We have invested in two modern asphalt production facilities located in Eastern Nigeria. Both facilities are equipped with sophisticated American asphalt plants, two large production generators each, 80 tonne weighbridges, and material laboratories in addition to various other equipment to enable the reliable production of asphalt. We supply asphalt to clients on an ex work basis or delivered to site. We are also able to provide a full laying service where the client wants the asphalt laid on an already prepared the base surface. N12 Asphalt aims to continue to grow its footprint in southeast Nigeria with an ambitious plan to build-out 3 further asphalt production facilities and 2 aggregate quarries over the next 3 years.

Build Earth Roads
Given our extensive inventory of earth moving equipment and fleet of dump trailers and trucks we offer an efficient bulk earthworks service however we shine when a project calls for the application of modern solutions. In addition to convention road earthworks using laterite and crushed aggregate we are also able to offer clients earth road pavements constructed with acrylic water-based polymer soil stabilisation products. The use of these products significantly improves the load bearing capability of earth roads by 4 – 6 times and also improves the tensile strength of the compacted earth road pavement.
Invest in Commercial and Residential Developments
N12 Asphalt partners with associated company, International Infrastructure Industries in the acquisition of significant tracts of land close to large commercial cities and the follow-on development of appropriate assess roads and internal roads to open up these new areas as new layouts for developers of commercial units and residential housing.
